Enrolment enquiries - Please contact the Main Campus and we will arrange a tour of the school.

Once a decision to proceed with enrolling your child at Waratrah SDS has been made, will will provide an enrolment pack (including an enrolment form) that will need to be submitted with additional documents, including:

• Evidence of identity and date of birth (such as a birth certificate or passport)
• Immunisations Status Certificate (available from MyGov website)

We will also require information such as family and emergency contact details, and any legal orders relating to your child (if applicable).
